Great value for money with a convenient location. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful sleep after a long day exploring the city. The staff at the reception were cute and friendly, making us feel at home.
the wifi connection in the hotel was very unreliable, often dropping off or being painfully slow.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect - it was within easy walking distance of the metro station and Galata Tower. We loved how convenient it was to explore the city from here. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, they were super clean and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and we were especially impressed by the very nice showers. The staff were friendly and were great too make our stay enjoyable, responding promptly to all our requests. We particularly want to mention Osman Bey at the reception, who was helpful in arranging airport transfers and even assisting us with the PCR test. The breakfast was also fantastic, with options to start our day off right. we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when we visit this city.

We were really surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping service. The staff, especially Umut at the reception, were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants, Galata Tower, and a parking lot.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely ideal - just a few minutes away from both the metro station and the famous Galata Tower. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable and well-equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a nice view and was quiet, perfect for those who are sensitive sleepers. Plus, having breakfast included was such a great bonus. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.
