Great value for money with a convenient location. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful sleep after a long day exploring the city.

The shower had a tendency to flood every time it was used, which was quite inconvenient. the wifi connection in the hotel was very unreliable, often dropping off or being painfully slow.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect - it was within easy walking distance of the metro station and Galata Tower. We loved how convenient it was to explore the city from here. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, they were spotless and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were especially impressed by the incredible showers. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, responding promptly to all our requests. We particularly want to mention Osman Bey at the reception, who was incredibly helpful in arranging airport transfers and even assisting us with the PCR test. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a variety of options to start our day off right. we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when we visit this city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping service. The staff, especially Umut at the reception, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants, Galata Tower, and a parking lot. Despite a few minor inconveniences with breakfast and the wifi, overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely ideal - just a few minutes away from both the metro station and the famous Galata Tower. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable and well-equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a nice view and was quiet, perfect for those who are sensitive sleepers. Plus, having breakfast included was such a great bonus. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.
